Message of Welcome

Welcome to the official website of the German-Greek Kindergarten “Saint Basil the Great”, which operates under the responsibility and spiritual guidance of the Parish of the Holy Three Hierarchs in Hanover. Our kindergarten was founded through the fatherly encouragement, caring attention, and canonical blessing of our shepherd, His Eminence Metropolitan Augoustinos of Germany and Exarch of Central Europe. It stands as an expression of the care and responsibility of our local Church for the children and families of the wider Hanover community. With a strong sense of responsibility, we provide all children in the region—regardless of their religion, nationality, or cultural background—with a safe, modern, and high-quality educational environment. By combining elements of both the German and Greek educational traditions, we cultivate a daily atmosphere of joy, mutual respect, cooperation, and the holistic development of every child.
